What you agree to when you shop with us.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase from Lemonvibrator. By placing an order you represent that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order placed by a minor.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase, not a binding contract — we accept your order when we send the shipping confirmation email. If we cannot fulfill an order (out of stock, fraud signals, payment failure) we'll notify you and refund any charge. Pricing on the site is in MXN unless otherwise noted; international taxes and duties are calculated at checkout.

Our 30-day return policy and 2-year warranty are documented in detail on the Shipping & Returns page and are incorporated into these terms by reference. Warranty coverage is limited to manufacturing defects under normal use; it does not cover misuse, accidental damage, or loss.

All content on lemonvibrator.mx — text, photography, video, illustrations, source code, and the Lemonvibrator name — is owned by Lemonvibrator, or licensed to us. You may share product photography with attribution, but resale, repackaging, or imitation of our designs is not permitted.

If you submit a review, photo, or testimonial, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it for marketing purposes. We will never alter the substance of a review. You can request removal of your content at any time and we'll honor it within 30 days.

Lemonvibrator products are intended for personal, intimate use. We disclaim liability for misuse, allergic reactions to silicone (please test on a small skin area first), or any consequential damages beyond the purchase price of the product. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid for the product in question.

Nothing here limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by good-faith email exchange (please try first) will be handled through binding arbitration in Mexico City, under the rules of local arbitration bodies. You retain the right to pursue small-claims actions in your local jurisdiction.
